CT Youth Advocacy was co-founded by Chandra E. Charles and Tenita Brown. The two met and worked together at Kaiser Permanente and have known each other for over 35 years.  

Successfully teaching and raising their children to become thriving adults, they felt compelled to help other youths. The dynamic duo discussed ways to make a difference in their community and create pathways to solve homeless for our young adults.

Chandra and Tenita decided to make their dream come true. Their motivation focused towards young adults in the foster care system. In 2021, CT Youth Advocacy created.
